It’s spring and that means detox time at QNC! This year we are doing things a little bit differently and focusing on the immune system.
Because the only thing that adapt as quickly as a virus can mutate is your own immune system.
I’m so excited for everyone who has signed up for this detox because we have 10 days of tasty and immune boosting recipes ahead of us.
One of the five nutrients we will be focusing on in this detox are probiotics.

A healthy gut equals a healthy immune system and this recipe for kimchi is a whole-food source of probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria that are essential for proper immune function.
