Every year Naturopathic Doctors across the country hold events to educate the public about how Naturopathic medicine can be beneficial to them. Each year Quinte Naturopathic Centre participates in this great event.
Traditionally Naturopathic Medicine Week is held the first week of May, but this year much to our surprise, a change was made and it is officially being held from May 11th – May 17th 2015. Uh oh! We started planning events for this week 2 months ago involving students from CCNM.
Sooo….we are going to start the party early! Check out our events below and don’t forget to sign up with reception for any you are interested in!
1. Healthy People, Healthy Body Detox:
This 10 day guided detox will be moderated by Abbey Royle, student ND. Please attend our information session on Tuesday May 5th 2015 at 6:15 pm for your instructions. You will receive a daily email from Abbey during the 10 days to keep you on track, a guided meditation audio, and a yoga sequence video. Cost is $65 (this also included the detox supplement SynerClear you will take during the detox).
2. Stress and Adrenal Fatigue:
“Life is pulling me in a million directions…I am exhausted…I have stubborn belly fat that I just can’t diet away! Things just aren’t working the way they used to…Help!”
Does this sound familiar?
You are not alone! Chronic stress has a huge impact on our bodies and although we can’t always remove the sources of stress in our lives there are things we can do to have more energy, improve your mood, lose that stubborn weight, and live a healthy, sassy, sexy life again!
On Wednesday May 6th 2015 at 6:15pm join us and student ND, Sarah Wilson, at the clinic to learn how! Please reserve your spot with reception.
