Have you ever wondered what you can do if you get the stomach flu?
I can happily say I made this video after the last time I had the flu…which was December 2015.
Watch my video to hear about the treatment I used on myself, and that you can use too, if you get this nasty bug!

Now I would love to hear from you! What is your #1 self-treatment when you have the flu? Leave a comment below and I’ll be back next week with another edition of Doctor as Teacher Tuesday.

Thank you Dr. Durkin,
What would you recommend for PREVENTING & TREATING traveller’s diarehea? I have tried the usual, probictics and charcoal, but to no avail.
thank you
I use a product called Saccro B by CytoMatrix + a product called AntiMFP by Douglas Labs. I get patient’s to take one of each daily when away but immediately increase to 3 a day of each if symptoms start.
