Today’s post is a simple video on one of the things that I eat for breakfast.
For some reason breakfast seems to be a big hurdle for people to change. Without good examples of how you can do things differently, that don’t sacrifice time or convenience, you can easily slip into old, unhealthy habits.
Let’s face it. Most of today’s commercially available breakfast foods are basically dessert. And these foods set your blood sugar up for disaster for the rest of the day. No wonder people are so moody!
