Events and Announcements for August 2013 at QNC

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer so far.  We have some exciting events coming up in August and also some office holidays to take note of.

Holidays:

• Dr. Durkin will be on holidays from August 5^th-9^th. We will be CLOSED Monday Aug 5^th (CIVIC Holiday), and Thursday Aug 8^th that week. Tuesday Aug 6^th we are open 1pm – 6pm. Other days that week we will be open our regular hours.
• Dr. Bates will be on holidays from August 26^th-30^th. The only day this week we will be closed is Wednesday Aug 28^th.

Here are some events happening in August 2013 at QNC:

• Summer Cooking Class- Vibeke Vale will demonstrate how to make some delicious and easy vegan dishes that the whole family will love.  The class will be held Thursday August 15^th at 6:00pm. To register contact Vibeke at 613-921-3558.

• Breast Thermography Clinic- We will be holding our annual Breast Thermography Clinic on Friday August 23rd. To register contact  toll free: 1-866-242-5554 or  to book online follow:           http://www.medthermonline.com/struts/clinics/index.action.

• Healthy Snacks for School and Work- In this seminar we will talk about healthy snacks that we can add to our children’s school lunches and also take with us to work.  Snacks will be provided to sample as well.  This seminar will be held on Tuesday August 27^th at 6:00pm.  Cost is $10.00 per person.
