I read a lot of books. I always have. It’s one of my tools for personal growth.
In the last couple of years it has felt like the books are picking me instead of me picking the book. Have you ever felt like that?
I also never read a book twice. But often I will make notes in my journal and the notes I will re-read.
Here are the notes I made from the book “The Seven Dreams” – by Matthew Kelly. I am sharing them with you today because they recently showed up again for me to read. Maybe you need to read them too.

Dream number 1. Especially with all the latest health challenges, it is a good reminder that I am neither slave to food and I nee the strength of character to do what is right in each situation. Thank you for sharing that.
