Ta-Da! Announcing My New App, Apple a Day

I have an exciting announcement.

Ever since I started working with groups of patients in my detoxes I've been more and more interested in being able to help more people on a larger scale. If you have called to book a new patient appointment in the last year it has not been uncommon for you to have to wait five or six months for your appointment. And the last time I checked, I can't clone myself...hmmm...yet.

I also know from group detoxes that patients get better results in a group versus going it alone. Even the participants in the group who tend to "sit at the back" and just read the comments see the benefit and feel the positive momentum of being in a group of like-minded people doing the same thing as the same time. It reminds me of the saying,

When I becomes We, even Illness becomes Wellness "

So that got me thinking.

How could I build a community and harness the power of group results on a more consistent basis?

How could I get the information people need to know, in the way they need to know it, in a convenient, tech friendly way?

How could I use the power of groups without having to rely on social media platforms that can control and censor my information?

I started thinking that I needed to build an App.

So - - TA-DA!

Presenting my new app - Apple A Day.

An app that teaches you how to create health instead of just fixing disease.

As the saying goes "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". But instead of this just being a cliche, imagine having access to your doctor's knowledge at your fingertips.

  • What would you feel like?
  • What would you look like?
  • What would your sleep be like?
  • How easily would you move?
  • How would your brain be able to function?
  • How would you deal with stressful situations?
  • What could you accomplish?

In the Apple A Day app you will not only find my Doctor as Teacher newsletter but other small, digestible, but most importantly, practical action steps to help you transform your health and keep yourself, and your family, out of the doctor's office.

Your very own apple a day!

Even though this project has been over a year in the contemplation phase, I finally took the jump to finish it. And I am excited to announce that you are the first to have the chance to be a part of it.

Over time I will be moving my Doctor as Teacher newsletter, group detoxes, and all of my social media posts to this new platform.

Don't worry the app is easy to use, and fun! Really 🙂
