It’s that time of year. One of the best times of the year in my opinion. Fall.
Crisp, cool weather, chunky sweaters, blanket scarfs and that’s right, thanks to Starbucks, the signature flavour of fall – pumpkin spice.
Now before you go scarfing down all the sugar in a pumpkin spice latte think about trying this recipe instead. Not only will it keep you off the path to diabetes, it will save your waistline as well.
