It’s here already…that time of year where I’m back from my holidays feeling refreshed and energized . I hope you had a wonderful August with some time to recharge as well!
The beginning of the school year always feels like a new start and this year I want to help you make healthy breakfast choices with your kids or grandkids.
And who doesn’t love pancakes?
This recipe is kid (and adult) friendly as well as easy to make.
It is grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. In fact, it’s a recipe that I include on my Belly Fat Detox program that I run every January (the other new year!)
I hope you try it and enjoy!
Healthy Eating Tip – Make a large batch and freeze them in between parchment paper. Then when ready to eat pop in the toaster!
Now I would love to hear from you! What is your favourite healthy back to school recipe? Leave a comment below and I’ll be back next week with another edition of Doctor as Teacher Tuesday!
