Are your hormones causing you to gain weight? Take this quiz!

Author: Dr. Michelle Durkin on 5 December 2017

Are you worried about gaining weight over the holidays?

I know that it was always on my radar in the past because, believe it or not, I genetically have a propensity for blood sugar imbalances that lead to weight gain and cardiovascular disease.

But once I knew which hormones I had out of balance, and which hormones I was prone to be weak in, it made maintaining my weight a lot easier.

The most important hormone involved with weight gain is insulin, especially if you are gaining weight in the belly area.

This simple quiz will identify if insulin is causing weight gain for you, so let's get started.

Once you enter your email you will receive a PDF of the quiz in your inbox, PLUS a bonus video on insulin resistance and weight gain.
